Sally White & Associates, Inc. is a global company specializing in career management and life transition services.  Our scope of services includes partner employment assistance and community research services for transferees and their families as well as outplacement assistance and retirement coaching.  Sally White, President and CEO, holds 100% ownership in the company.   Our headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas.  Our primary objective is to be the quality leader for this market segment as we blaze new trails in service options and quality delivery.

Launched as an outplacement company in 1982, we originally assisted organizations with reductions in force, whether one employee or hundreds.  In 1990 we expanded our scope of services to include global spouse/partner employment assistance for relocating couples and settling in research services to re-establish the employee and family in the new community.  Today we are recognized as a leader in the relocation industry for innovative and high quality family support services. 

Sally White & Associates employs centralized program management from our headquarters complemented by worldwide affiliate relationships with local companies in 52 countries.  Centralized program management ensures consistent service quality and single point of contact for ABB, Inc. Plus, local experts are available to meet face-to-face with our customers, enriching our service delivery.   Local companies are selected specifically to provide helpful guidance and area information that will expedite the family’s assimilation into the new community and the partner’s job search.  These global alliance relationships are true partnerships in which we work together to deliver high value at a reasonable cost.  The end result is a winning combination.

Our support departments enhance our delivery model.  Our Consultants, who manage each customer’s program, are supported by specialty departments including Marketing Publications, Job Lead Development, Employment Research, Community Research, Information Technology, Training and Development, and Customer Service.
